Why BYOH exists
Make real effort feel like an adventure
BYOH began with a simple idea: the person you build through movement can be as compelling as any character in a game. Your walks, runs, lifts and small victories become a hero record that grows with you.
The project is currently an independent alpha created and operated in Køge, Denmark by Niels Kragbak. It is being shaped in public, one useful feature and one honest piece of feedback at a time.
Progress on your terms
BYOH rewards a broad range of movement and treats its levels as game benchmarks. Your hero is a record of what you choose to attempt.
Privacy by design
Your hero data supports the experience. Private chats remain on your device, and BYOH does not sell personal data.
Built carefully in alpha
The rules, social features and safeguards will keep improving as the community tests what is useful.
